Winds of Change

I painted Winds of Change in the summer of 2009, a time of transformation. I had a vision of myself on the edge of a cliff, crouched down, holding onto the Earth with all the strength in my hands and body, while these ferocious winds buffetted me, testing my resolve. The more I sunk into our Mother, the Earth, the more I as able to dance with the winds.
