Heart of the Earth Emerging

This image came to me during a meditation around opening my heart. I went into my heart through a doorway of gold. On the other side of the doorway, I saw the face of a woman emerging slowly through layers of soil and earth.

She is the heart of our earth, our Mother. The one who births us, feeds us, gives us room to play and live, and a place to return to her. Crow is calling her telling her what has been going on. She is emerging and listening to the earth; the earth is her ears.
