Who am I purchasing from?
When you purchase a piece of artwork from Annette Wagner Art, you are buying directly from me, Annette, the artist who created these beauties. It is my passion and joy to walk the planet we live on and commune with it through my pen and eye and brush.
However, I create and therefore I must sell. Why? Have you ever considered how much art one creative person creates over their life? Storage!! All humor aside (though not for long I assure you!), I send my artwork out into the world and into your hearts and hands and home because thats what is wanted.
Can I order a large numbers of greeting cards?
Absolutely. For quantities larger then 25, contact me as the pricing changes.
Do you sell your cards and prints wholesale?
Yes. Contact me directly for pricing.
So many choices! What medium do I choose?
Depending upon what you are ordering and where you want to use it, there are a couple choices. Bright White Watercolor paper is a good quality art paper which is great compromise for less expensive prints; I use this for some of the cards as well. Elegance Fine Art Paper is the one to choose if you want archival qualities in your print. Art Peel is way fun; its 100% polyester and repositionable. You can put it on journals and binder, car windows and mirrors, walls and doors. Yoga studio? Office decor? Yes!
How do I know my order was received?
When you place an order, you will get a response within a day letting you know your order has been received.
How soon will I receive my order?
Depends on where you live and what you are ordering. Fine art prints and greeting cards are printed and shipped from California to you – usually within 5 days, less if I can make it happen. (Note: that assumes I'm not hanging off the side of a mountain somewhere attempting to get in one more sketch of a really cool pine cone.)
Where do you ship to?
I live in California and ship to anywhere in the continental US and Hawaii. I'm working on Canada and Europe. They will get added soon. So, if you live outside of the US, just drop me an email and we will figure out the shipping options and get your artwork out to you.
What kind of packaging do you use?
Packaging depends on the size of the item and whether I am shipping prints or cards or orginals. Everything is shipped using either USPS or FedEx shipping materials when possible. Large prints are shipped rolled up; smaller prints are shipped flat. Red thread may make an appearance – its been known to help connect people.
Do you sell originals?
Yes! Most of the watercolor paintings are available as originals - they are usually 7x10 inches in size and mounted in a 10x14 inch neutral gray matt. They can be immediately framed and hung. They are shipped flat and packaged carefully to make it to you safely. The black and white ink sketches are 4x6 inches in size; email me if you see one you want as I don't always list those for sale as originals.
What if the print is damaged in transit?
Ick. Never like that when it happens to me so I get it. However, while I hope that the art work will arrive safely, sometimes shipping accidents do happen. When your art work arrives please inspect the package and immediately let me know if there are any issues. If it things arrive damaged, I will do my best to get you a new print as soon as possible.
What if the original is damaged in transit?
If we are talking about an original being damaged, then the story changes because we are talking one of kind here. Exchanges are not an option if the artwork is beyond repair. In this case, once we document the issues, this would be considered a return. Always take pictures and contact me right away.
What if the art work arrives and it really isn't what I wanted?
If the artwork does not live up to your expectations, you may return it within 30 days as long as it is free of any damage. You will need to pay return shipping and I may ask you some questions because I want to learn from your experience and continue to improve my site and my art. Once the artwork arrives back to me, I will issue a return.
Before returning, please contact me first to arrange all shipping and those kinds of details at email@example.com or 650-868-3636. Fine art prints and originals have different requirements for shipping purposes.
